Refunds and Returns
I guarantee my prints 100%. This means that if for any reason you’re not completely happy with your print, after 30 days of purchase, you can return it for a full refund, no questions asked. If there is anything I can do to fix the problem or replace the product, please let me know. If you would like a refund, I will endeavour to refund you within 2 business days of receiving the returned print. If the print has been damaged, please take photos of the damaged product and the packaging and send them to me with the returned print. Please note our returns & refund policy lasts 30 days after your order has been placed.
Items with obvious signs of use. Any item not in its original condition is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error and any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will be deemed as non-returnable items.
RETURNS (IF APPLICABLE):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will then be processed with in 2-3 business days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please use the Contact Me the top of the page and send me an email. I'll reply within 12 hours
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE):
If you feel like you want to exchange your print for another that is no problem at all. If there is a difference in price (you want to exchange it for a more expensive one) then you'll just have to pay the difference. Please send me your original print back and then i'll send you the exchanged print as soon as we have received the original
I make sure to answer all emails within a 12 hour timeframe.
To return your product please email me for instructions I will answer your email within 12 hours. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
